Grapefruit essential oil is a refreshing oil that helps in the treatment of acne, oily and congested skin. It can provide temporary relief for headaches and relieve symptoms of cold and flu.

Our Sasy n Savy Unwind Essential Oil can be used as for a massage oil blend, applied to a running bath, added to a vaporiser or as a steam facial treatment.

Ingredients:
Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Oil, Santalum Spicata (Sandalwood) Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Oil.
Directions of use:
- Massage: Add 5-10 drops with Carrier Oil. Apply to body.
- Bath: Add 2-4 drops in full drawn bath or shower.
- Vaporiser: Add 10-15 drops to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser.
- Inhaling: Few drops on a tissue or hot water, with a towel over your head.
